- I need a title 24 report for my 1275 sq Addition only and NOT the Existing residence
A.
- We'll be happy to generate Title 24 Report just for addition, its take less time, and this is first step of every project, but, unfortunately, the ”addition alone” works well in less than 5% of projects. If an addition alone does not comply with the Standards, improvements to the existing building may be necessary, and the "Existing + Addition + Alteration" method must be used.
In this case, existing Walls/Windows/Doors dimensions will be required, and project square footage will be the sum of the existing house + addition area.

A.
- don't worry, we will inform you which improvements can help and will work with you until building COMPLIES
